It takes several BUSINESSES typically 3 to 5 for letter to arrive at residence! Your interview will be scheduled several weeks from the day you recieve the NOA. I wouldnt stress about it. You will have plenty of time to prepare for it. Congrats!

Thanks! Can't wait to finish up this process :)

Checked case status today and it said "Interview Was Scheduled" finally. EAD card is still being processed. They said they mailed a letter on the 17th, haven't gotten anything yet.

Can I call them to find out the date of the interview?

Your interview will be approx 4-6 weeks after you receive the letter. I got my letter in 5 days after status changed. Nothing to be stressed out about ;)

Hello all,

Today is 224 day since my NOA1.

No sign of AP/EAD yet. I can make an inquiry in about 3 weeks.

What happened if I make it now? Is it useless?

I am really getting worried and frustrated.

Thanks!

Make it how?

If you call they'll say you are still within normal processing times.

If you apply online the form will reject it because again, you are still within normal processing times.

Hi everyone,

My grandma passed away all the sudden this morning. Because of her passing I want to go back home so I can attend her funeral. My combo card or my green card hasn’t come in yet and I have been waiting for 212 days now. I saw that I can Expedite my case because of a family loss. Does somebody know what other documents than a death certificate I need to expedite my case? Also how long does it usually takes for USCIS to respond to the request?
