GUYS!! Just received my case number from NVC!!! 

 

NVC received my case on October 27th.

They received mine on Oct 25 and I Got Case Number on Dec 3. They are on Oct 27-28 I guess from above posts. But again they are unpredictable. Some lucky people get their case numbers in less than a month, for some it takes 5 weeks.

hello, my case was approved November 20 and had not hear anything from them. my question is how do I know that they received my case and what is the waiting time to get a case number from the approved date.

You have to call NVC to find out if they have received your case. From approval to case number assign is taking around approx. 6-7 weeks

It varies. For me it took 10 days for NVC to receive my case

You can call them at (603) 334-0700 press 1 for English and then Press 5

If you don't mind me asking, why the long delay/wait between the time you paid your aos fees i.e. May 1st and when you filled your ds260 and submitted the documents? Was the delay from your end or nvc? Just curious

The delay was on my end. I didn’t have a financial co-sponsor and at the time I didn’t have proof of sufficient income until just recently.

Count 6 weeks from the day they receive your case! Mine was 27th and I received yesterday, so yours probably Wednesday.
