CEAC kept crashing and logging me out last night while filling out my addresses on DS-260. Changed browsers and managed to get it all done finally. Login page was taking a while to load also. Just waiting on my police certificate to arrive from Germany, and my one from my own country then I should have everything uploaded in January :D

It depends how did you submit Did you upload? did you email? or did you mailed? It should not take more than 14-15 days for documents to be accepted and case close. I suggest you call NVC at this number: (603) 334-0700 Press 1 and then Press 5. Try calling them in early morning like 8 AM EST waiting should not be that long. Ask them whats going on and Whats the status of your case.

I think it depends on case to case. All cases are different. We did upload DS 260 online but other documents like Income, Job Verification, Birth Certificate, PCC etc were Emailed. It took 13 days to review and case close. Now Waiting for interview scheduling. I looked at your time line, Everything seems normal till you submitted documents. Its strange that you submitted documents on Nov 23, 2018 and still they are being reviewed? Where as we did submit on Dec 7 and case was closed on Dec 20. I Strongly suggest you to call NVC tomorrow to find out whats going on. It should not take more than 14-15 days as per my observation.

Does uploading the documents make any difference???

we are calling them on daily basis, the only answer we use to hear is it is being in review.
