No.  All fees are included in the visa fee you paid earlier.

You mean to say the fees my husband paid during the process of the application? I  read somewhere that some has to pay through BPI.

Not for a spousal visa.  All fees are paid to nvc

That is K-1 only.   Your visa fee was paid through NVC
