Haha yes...well i am nervous as this is my 2nd time filing for the same fiance...and seeing action from others is hard...and also seeing how USCIS wants the check written after I already mailed it ...is driving me crazy is all.

Hi! Just wondering what happened with the First petition you filed?

🤷🏾‍♀️

I saw nothing wrong with what Sarge1255 said...  Not everyone is going to hit that 4.5 month NOA2.

Hello! My fiance told me that the 535 filing fee has been deducted in his account upon checking today. Although he has not receive a text notification yet. Anyway, I also updated my timeline :)

For now we are just waiting for our NOA 1 to arrive in the mail and the text message from USCIS regarding the check being cashed.

The fact that they have cashed your check is confirmation that they received your application. Your check is your receipt. They will not mail you any confirmation other than the NOA1.

Write down WAC number you received. This is your receipt number for next few months. Don't call it case numbers, or people will get their hackles up :).

You will get paper NOa1 also known as form I-797C in a few days to add to your 129F folder in safe place.

Make an account at https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ and you can add your WAC number there. This is what some call "new" site

In addition you can go to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and check there, no account needed, this is OLD site. No they are not quite same, but both are not very reliable. Grats, relax, and try to enjoy next few months!

It's already been opened and scanned into your database which just created your case file. That is just you "received" text message. The NOA1 will be mailed sometime over the next 2 weeks.

Hello everyone

im the new guy...

thanks for everyone’s efforts here.

Welcome.

Can you please complete your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Thank you for updating your timeline, but you may want to change the Consulate  to Manila and the service center to California service center. Yes your hard copy NOA1 should arrive in a week or so. Congrats.
