Yeah no worries I understood why you asked - the second part of my post was completely unrelated to that and actually directed at everyone because I saw that there's been some people worried about the USCIS processing time update, that's all :)

Yeah. Im not relying on uscis either unless my case is outside of their so called 8 months which is totally ridiculous!! Most petitions are being completed in less than 6 months. And i feel like we applied at the right time..☺ but ofcourse i could be wrong🤦🏾‍♀️..but trying to stay positive!🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hi December Filers - I stalk but haven't posted yet.😊

 

Curious, did any of you not get any RFE at all since filing?  We did not... does that  mean our application was just right?  Seems like more people than not receive RFE.

They are not processing december yet. They will sometime in April.

An RFE only comes when they actually touch your case and there is missing information on the petition. An RFE is not "routine" but its not uncommon to receive an RFE..the goal is to prepare a petition that avoids an RFE because an RFE causes a slight delay in approval. We are waiting for NOA2..not an RFE. We are excited about RFEs sometimes because it lets us know that our cases are being worked on. As of now, December has not been touched.

No RFE no problems but that's confirmed when your received your NOA2. Your onto the next step if you have a NOA2 approval.

Hi guys! I guess they touched December already. I have a case tracker and there you can search up to 500 cases (before or after your WAC number or any number you wish). So you can see that yesterday they approved an early December case. I erased the last numbers cause it’s someone’s personal info... sure it’s only beginning but good luck to everyone and wish you all quick approvals.

If they have an early december date..it could have been received late november. They are not working on december yet.

This tracker is using old website, so I’m pretty sure it’s December filer.

Again...it still could have been received late november...they are currently processing late/mid november apps.
