Hi everyone,

I usually just read through your guy's comments but when I checked the USCIS website today I noticed that the date went back a couple of weeks. Did anyone else notice this? :(

There are a handful of novembers approved but some were late october filers...meaning the received date was at the end of october but the noa1 date shows an early november date. I really think they process by received date. Not noa1 date..

And u are aware they increased the processing time ..right? They did this in january also ..but ppl have still been approved in less than 6 months...so im not trusting uscis processing timeframes either. They say themselves they dont even know how long it will take and that they post the times based on historical data.🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤬🤬🤬

Ofc I am. Thats why I am really trying to look how they gonna proceed Novembers and how fast.  And am happy to see that they indeed get their approvals even if official timeframe increased. And I agree that it doesn't look very trustworthy.

Well hello December filers I know I've been away for awhile, but I am reading and I am seeing October filers get approved now so you all have to be itching in your skins now as it's getting very close now for December filers. Cases this year seem to be flying through as compared with when I filed in May 2018, but that's a good thing for you. In fact I just got approved March 7th, 300 days and 10 months later. I was the last of my group now I'll make this one of my new homes. Hoping to see many happy comments soon as the first of the December approvals start to roll in soon.

congrats Sarge!! 🍺 cheers!!

Congratulations Sarge.  I always got sad to see your NOA2 still pending.  I'm glad that is done with.

When filling out my timeline, I used Texas Service Center because that is where I sent the paperwork. The NOA1 was sent from Laguna Niguel, CA (I work 3 miles from that place, but doubt I can sit next to the officer and explain everything to him 😀😀).  Should I change my service center to California.  I find that there are far more entries in Igor's list when California is selected and I would like to keep a track of NOA1 recipients from the around my timeline.  Should I change my service center to California?

Thanks.

Thanks.

99% of all K1 petitions go to  the California service center, so once the Texas folks get done screening your petition they route it to the California service center not transfer. If your case is ever transferred to another service center they will send you a written notice informing you of said transfer. Yes that is where your petition is now in California (if you did not get notified of a transfer).

To answer your question directly yes change your service center to California because that is where it is.
