Is there more than one place where I can check on my K1 visa status?

I went on

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

but it told me 'Invalid Application ID or Case Number'.

New web site :

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Old web site

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

And app Case Tracker .

But for us, Decembres still " case received"😔 and will be like this at least for another 2 months.

Hello everyone,  may I ask about who has an idea about the passport expiration. I was watching this youtube video (link below) regarding the SLEC medical examination and she mentioned that your passport should be at least a year before expiration. My passport will expire on May 31,2020. We filled last December and we are estimating that our NOA2 (crossing fingers) will come on May. So i was worried and hurriedly applied to DFA for an appointement for my passport renewal. Do we need to let the USCIS know about the passport renewal of its not necessary? will it affect our process? I really hope not.

thank you for your reply. Will it make any difference or any problems if i renew my passport?

I dont think so. I think it will matter once the visa is already issued...you dont need to know notify them about that. That will be handled at the embassy/consulate level. I think you should be safe...im hoping we hear something by april/may and the process starts moving alot faster after noa2. It might be good to renew because you wont be able to travel back to your country for awhile...thats all i see...not sure if they will mail it to you in another country. I have to figure that out for my fiance..his expires in 2021.

Thank you MsNina... :) for your fiance, since his passport will expire 2021, I think he can renew his passport in the  Embassy in US.

Hi! I just want to ask if you guys have any ideas if authenticated documents are required for the interview? I’m a Filipino citizen but I’m currently residing in UAE so we filed for our visa to be processed in the embassy here. Before I came here in UAE, I have lived in Australia for 6 mos back in 2015 which means I will need to secure police clearances from Philippines, Australia and UAE. Thinking ahead, I have asked the AFP as well as the Australian Embassy here in UAE but I’m confused on what police checks will be accepted by the US Embassy. The AFP said i can get a name check or a name and fingerprints check and the Aus embassy gave me further steps should the police check from AFP needs to be authenticated. Also, are documents from the Philippines required to be authenticated by the DFA in Manila? Thank you!
