I knew today that the size of the photos sent, is not exactly 2x2 inches. 😪

The other countries have different measurements that are acceptable.

The instructions of form i129 request citizen's birth certificate or passport. Does not request evidence of the fiancé's birth. We do not send fiance birth certificate. You done?

Thats correct. the beneficiary's birth certificate is not needed now.

Possibly, but it's best to check https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices by zip code; the field office that covers your area may be in another state.

Thank you I checked. It says Nashville is closest for my zip code but visa journey profile doesn’t give that option  so I just clicked Memphis

What do you mean by the UK (London) Embassy is easy on this issue? Are they more lenient, and how?

They are more lenient because they will review a co-sponsor with the possibility of an approval. Your mileage may vary.

This may come across as a crazy question, but I'm going to ask it anyway.

If there are people who don't want us to marry, is there anything that they can do to cause problems with or prevent me from getting my visa? For example I see there is a place to leave anonymous tips on the USCIS website.

I've never heard that anyone was ever "reported" using that reporting vehicle. I wouldn't worry.

It's looking for the case number assigned by NVC. A number can be found on your NOA2.

Just FYI, he should make sure he's completely up to date on taxes well before he has to file for  your affidavit of support.  That is a long way off, but may as well be ready.

Hello, the form I-797C (NOA1), It has my name ( I am the fiance K1), but it is not the name of my daughter (K2). We include the data of the girl in the form i-129f. I'm worried

K2 is later after k1 is issued. Childens names should be listed in the childen's section of the i29f form....your childs name will not be on the noa1...only the beneficiary..

K2 es posterior a la emisión de k1. Los nombres de los niños deben aparecer en la sección de niños del formulario i29f ... el nombre de su hijo no aparece en el noa1 ... solo el beneficiario.

Gracias
