How long is it taking for people to get their K1 visa after doing a mid to late November interview in London.

I’m just curious looking at the timelines around ours and it seems there is a bit of a lull on issuing the visas as quickly as they usually do. 

 

I had my interview November 26 which is 1 week on Monday and so far I’ve gone through Administrative processing, back to ready and now moved to application received and changed to non immigrant status on Thursday. 

 

I have to to say I only did my medical on November 20th so the embassy didn’t have it when I did my I interview so I’m sure that slowed things down a little but there was a flurry of activity on my case on Wednesday which I’m hoping was them receiving the medical and updating my case and then it starting it’s normal run through the checks and processes on Thursday when it got moved to non immigrant.

 

I was just curious to see when people were getting changed to issued around the same interview dates as me.

My fiancé had medical on 15th and interview the 16th. Was moved to issued on the 29th. 13 days total.

 

From what hat I have read. Once issued it's about 5 days until courier sends email and next day u have vih.

Same day interview, currently on that wait, they got my medical is all I know. Just need to keep patient

I feel like it’s been non stop being patient 😝 always waiting for an unknown time period lol. Hopefully we are all lucky and hear some good news this week. 🙏

Hey, I did the medical on 29th October and interviewed on the 20th November, it didn't change to issued till the 28th and I got an email from the courier on the 30th, but that was a Friday so apparently they are delivering it today. Mine went from application received, administrative processing then issued. Hope it gets issued for you soon!
