Generic USCIS Email

I guess everyone else gets the " We are still reviewing you case and there are no updates at this time" emails. For goodness sake would it not just be better for the USCIS to send you an email when they are going to do something instead of sending the same thing every month.😐

These are automated generic email. My I-130 was approved in September but still receiving same ‘Review’ email every 2 -4 weeks.

I see, this process just gets my hopes up and then they get dash with nothing new. It gets on my last nerves.

even though i signed up for the emails, i never got a single one. Not until approval anyways.

I naturalized a while ago, and they still have not gone away...

Think it is good to get the emails because you then know they haven’t forgotten about you. Peace of mind.

You can log in on your online account and disable the notifications.

For every thread like this there's one complaining that they're not getting these emails.  You can turn them on and off, you know.

I had better turn the email notifications off and wait for USCIS to send me a letter or just periodically check my online account.

The funny thing is I didn’t an email from them for 6 weeks and then I started to worry that they lost my application or it just “dropped” off. But all way good.  That is why I like the generic emails from USCIS

I never got emails. Only a notification from the app on my phone when it got approved and the approval notice in the mail 2 days later

I still get these even though there HAVE been developments. In fact, I got one the day we got the interview letter

I hope sooner or later I will get the interview later. Well the much SOONER the better.😁
