If I search my case online, it shows that they received my case on June 28, 2018 but if I login to my account it says that they received it on July 3, 2018. When I received my letter it says the received  date is the 28th of June but the notice date is July 3rd. Does anyone know what would be the cause of it showing different dates?

One date is when your file arrived to the lockbox, the other is when your NOA1 was issued by the service center you are adjudicated at
