I-485 General Questions

Hello,

I'm about to undertake preparation of the I-485 and its associated forms and had a couple of questions. Our situation is that I am a US citizen now married to a foreign national who entered the USA via a K-1 visa in December 2005. She has already obtained her SS card / number.

I recently downloaded the I-485 packed from the USCIS.GOV website and it had a variety of forms in it, some of which I am unsure about.

My questions are as follows:

1 - Are the G-325A forms to be completed only for my foreign spouse? Or do I need to include some G-325A forms for myself?

2 - Do I need to complete the I-130 form or is it unnecessary since we already did an I-129F application for the fiancee visa and received its approval. The I-130 seems redundant to me but who knows?

3 - Since my wife's K-1 medical examination was done in Nov. 2005 I understand we can just get a vaccination supplement and turn that in in lieu of having to get another full medical screening. Is there a special form for the vaccination supplement? If so -- what is it and where is it?

2. No, you do not need to complete the I-130.

3. You get the Vaccination Supplement from a Civil Surgeon. They have the forms.
