Packet 3 &4

I’m confused we have set up the medical and interview but I see on ppl immigration timelines packet 3 sent ... what do u have to send from packet 3 I thought u only had to gather documents instructed from it for interview and also what is packet 4 cause we already set up everything .....

In my case packet 3 was the medical. It's a sealed packet that I received from the doctor a few days after the exam. I had to take it to the interview without opening it.

 

Packet 4 I received from the Embassy along with my passport after my k1 was approved. Again, I was not supposed to open it. It had warnings in Bulgarian and English that it should be opened only by immigration or public health service officer.

some embassies are no longer issuing the visa packet as the info goes into computer and can be read at POE in USA

but some still do issue it
