Sending different friends and neighbors affidavits with some personal details and examples of why they believe it’s a Marriage in good faith would in my mind be new.

A joint cell phone bill or utility bill?

Any Christmas or new year cards sent to you both as recipients (copy of envelope with postage stamp and copy of card inside written to you and spouse) ?

A joint cell phone bill or utility bill will not work, because they not allow to add both name. they only want thing with both name....

Showing a family account under your name or spouse name with both numbers (yours and spouse under the same account) could help if you write a cover note explaining the family account .

If you have paid amazon or google services with family sharing activated your can print this out and send showing spouse or your email address listed as family sharing.

They clearly want to see more co-mingling.

Your cellphone provider should be able to add your spouse, as well as internet.

City or Utilities like Gas, Electric etc should be able to add spouse aswell. I would either go in person or address your concern over the phone. I did the same before i applied for ROC. Most companies etc will understand.

I added the following to my application

  • Copy of our Internet Bill.
  • Copy of our Utility Bill.
  • Copy of our Life Insurance.
  • Copy of our Renters Insurance
  • Copy of our Automobile Insurance.

What they probably mean by "they can't' is to add your spouses name dated back but for future bills they should be able to add the name.

Anything that shows both of your names. Tickets, Receipts, Sams Club  member cards or any other Memberships like gym etc...?!

we send club member and gym member ship. not sure if we should resend them, if you book hotel in expedia it will only show one name and i already give them the receipt but they want more... really can not think of others.

Do you use Gas? Do you finance anything like a vehicle, home, land etc?

I am so happy it is beyond words. I got my case approved from the Vermont Service Center. No interview or anything and I want to be that hope to people following this because a lot of you on here was mine too. I submitted a ROC with a divorce waiver on December 21, 2018 and on January 21, 2020 I saw that my status changed to "New Card Being Produced" and that following evening "Case was Approved." I am just waiting to receive the green card in hand which as of yesterday my status said "Card has been mailed out to you."

Our case at VSC was updated to “sent to your local office” almost immediately after our N400 was updated to “we reviewed your biometrics”. It was the first update about our I751 that we received since filing and now I’m suspecting we’ll get a combo interview. Hopefully we’re finally nearing the end of this journey. Good luck everyone!
