that what i am worry because usually it will give you a list what you have send it, it did not show in the rfe letter. so i am worry it may get lost.

we do not have children. but beside that i already send pretty much everything is said in the rfe and even more...

For how many years? Please make a list showing exactly what you put in.

Okay then send everything in updated form. So everything from you filed til now also. No more photos that is not really useful.

Do you or her have a retirement plan, life insurance? If that show each other as beneficiaries? Joint cars? Joint medical insurance? Joint credit cards?

we do not have retirement plan, life insurance, medical insurance and credit cards, should i write a letter to explain about it. or just not saying anything. thanks

some ideas:

 

You should send some new evidence as well. Suggest the following 

 

- sworn affidavits from friends testifying that they know you and spouse and try to include in the sworn statement things you have done with the friends over a period of years and have friend invite them to call or write. You can find example of sworn statement on the web - it’s easy to find/do. Send three different statements at least (three different friends)  - have one letter state that they have visited you as a family many time - give exact events like birthdays or other 

 

- did you previously send any evidence of trips taken together? If you have any taken together recently then send hotel/Airbnb reservations and tickets 

 

-  if you have a neighbor that you are friends with who would testify that you both live together then submit this affidavit as well - with them stating you are their neighbor 

 

- don’t know content of pictures you sent but for example including pictures of you and spouse with your friends and relatives is good - perhaps also along with friends testimony you can attach pictures of you and them together in some places 

 

- write cover letter explaining how you met and got together, some happy memories - list our renewed evidence and new evidence and conclude 

 

just some thoughts/ideas

did you previously send any evidence of trips taken together, , hotel/Airbnb reservations. we went to cali and we did send the photo, i do not think that i keep the confirmation email.

Sending different friends and neighbors affidavits with some personal details and examples of why they believe it’s a Marriage in good faith would in my mind be new.
 

A joint cell phone bill or utility bill?
 

Any Christmas or new year cards sent to you both as recipients (copy of envelope with postage stamp and copy of card inside written to you and spouse) ?
