I sent back and front of green card, tax returns for 2016,2017&2018, 4 statement of bills (Sewer, electric, water) and bank statements on different months (December 2018, March 2019, June 2019 & November 2019), car loan and house mortgage under both our names.  That is all. I submitted my form online on December 5, received email receipt right away and under document was my Notice of Action receipt on the same day. It said 8 days waiting period below the status yesterday and this morning it changed to Biometric was being scheduled. Estimated completion is June 2020.

Add: I have a pending I-751 with biometric appointment scheduled on December 17, 2019. I am not sure how the process will be with the biometric being scheduled for N-400.

Very much welcome:)

Sorry But I have one more question, I usually request Tax transcripts online from IRS and it comes maybe 3 pages only, is that what you submitted ? any 1040 or W2s?

I sent the tax transcripts from irs dot gov. No 1040 or w2s (i thought the transcript would show all of our income together, and also showed we filed as married😇).

Finally received notice for an interview.  We left for an overseas vacation until first week of January earlier that day and will be gone for a month.  Talk about bad timing.  Well, hopefully the interview is not scheduled until we get back.  Will know in about a week.

Interview Was Scheduled

On December 3, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC199042XXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Actually your interview was scheduled usually they give atleast 30 days so you would want to check your mail to see what date the letter says.

That's correct.  However, there have been some cases where there were less than 30 days.  I've got informed delivery so when it arrives I will have a neighbor open it for me.  Can't do much from here when overseas until after the holidays.

I would say let your neighbor check your mail every other day because I’ve seen cases where it doesn’t show on the informer delivery so don’t rely on that to be safe. Did you do and initial interview why are you scheduled for an interview?

CR-1 so we had no interview with USCIS, only State Dept.
