Happy to let other December filers know that our GC is being produced!  Mailed Nov 28th 2018, received Dec 3rd 2018, biometrics in July 2019, and status just changed today to Card Being Produced (11/20) -- with no interview required! Case was at LIN.

Good luck all!

Fantastic news! Congratulations. I also filed November 28th and my case was received December 3rd, LIN also. 🙏🏼

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

We will also file a few days after being eligible.  Eligible on Dec. 30th.  Not happy by the length of time this is taking but absolutely refuse to let it prevent us from traveling overseas and enjoying the holidays.

Thank you so much! It sucks that both of us have been waiting for  i751's interview since April 2019. But hopefully filing n400 brings some movement ..  thank you once again for the link :)

Finally received notice for an interview.  We left for an overseas vacation until first week of January earlier that day and will be gone for a month.  Talk about bad timing.  Well, hopefully the interview is not scheduled until we get back.  Will know in about a week.

Interview Was Scheduled

On December 3, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC199042XXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Ok guys. Just wanted to give you some info on how it worked out for me.

I filed end of December 2018 in Texas.

No lawyer. Just followed internet based info like the one on this webpage.

Prepared all the paperwork methodically and put it together in a partitioned folder. Wrote a cover letter and Indexed all the documents/ proof provided-in other words, just made the officers job as easy as I possibly could.

Was called in for biometrics in August and just received my 10 year green card in the mail on Nov 29th 2019. Total waiting time 11 months. Just stay calm and be patient.

Best luck to all of you still waiting!
