Hi! We created a  WAC timeline document (WAC/CSC) and it includes a 2018 tab. Not sure if you have a timeline going for December 2018 filers  but if you share in the document, it would also make it more visible to filers from other months. Thanks! And wishing a speedy(er) approval.

I'm tagging some that I think might be WAC /CSC. Best.

@justwaiting2018 @Heather&Kevin @Znzn2 @MariaR323 @Martin59 @JR Three @ButterFinger @Cardiofan

Thank you for this! I just updated ours in the sheet.

One quick question- Can I apply for naturalization on/after Oct 20, 2019?

My case info:

1. Issue date on my green card is Jan 18, 2017

2. December 03, 2018: Filed to remove conditions. My green card was valid until Jan 18, 2019 but since I had to travel internationally, I got my passport stamped with I-551. Issue date on I-551 stamp is Jan 09, 2019. Expiry is Jan 08, 2020

3. They took my green card after they stamped I-551 in my passport.

4. Current status says" As of January 9, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxx at our California Service Center location. "

Receipt number two above me got an RFE on 20th sep which means Nebraska already in December 2018!! Hopefully we hear something soon :)

It all has to do with the IO that’s has your file and how fast they are working same things as me I see people before me and after getting approved and it sucks and build up anxiety. 😪

Hi Guys,

We submitted form I-751 back in December & had a received date of December 28th.

I haven't checked in a while but just updated the USCIS online case tracker & was surprised to see an update stating 'New Card is Being Produced' as of a few days ago. As mentioned pretty surprised it moved that quickly also with no interview. We were with the Nebraska service center.

Has anyone seen people getting approved without an interview on CR-1 who submitted their application after Dec. 10th? Even though their status displayed "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

If the status says ready to be scheduled for an interview you will not be approved without one.

I am Nebraska too and my case Status says “ Case ready for an interview” as well. I am CR1.. I think I am the only one who is CR1 and is at Nebraska Service center. Receipt number before me and after me both already got approved...

We're a CR1, Nebraska petition. Our status changed to "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" 20 days ago. We're just waiting on the Salt Lake Center.

Not yet. My husband isn't eligible to apply for Citizenship until December. As for why we have an interview, I am assuming it's simply because he came here on a CR1 visa. A new rule came out that basically means more people will be getting interviews. (https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-revises-interview-waiver-guidance-form-i-751) We submitted 550+ pages of evidence that includes everything in our lives. So all I can assume is its because he hasn't been interviewed in America, only his home country of Ghana.

Some people just get an interview for ROC and some don't.
