LIN filers in Oct 2018 are already approved. Hopefully in two months some news for us.. knock on the wood!!

Have seen some November filers also! Nebraska is doing good! Should come very soon for December filers.

I'm at TX and of course they are soooo slow. Not even people from July have gotten bio yet. ;)

Sigh, my case is at California Service Center. I haven't heard a thing from them....My case status has been fingerprint review completed since 05/01/2019.

Waiting is hard....

  • 2 weeks later...

I’m a little confused about how people are checking their case status online with talk of old and new websites. When I check my case I use egov.uscis.gov but when I go to the “new” site it just links me to the original case status page anyway. Am I missing something?

‘My case hasn’t been touched since 02/19 and still says “case received”, I did my biometrics in July too.

What are people using for more accurate updates?

Plus.... have you seen the October LIN filers being approved? Good news!

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Last thing that happened for me was...

"As of May 1, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence"

VisaJourney latest approval estimate is Feb 23, 2020   :)

It's time to start N400... because ...  "You may file Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, 90 calendar days before you complete your permanent residence requirement if your eligibility for naturalization is based upon being a: Permanent resident for at least 5 years; or. Permanent resident for at least 3 years if you are married to a US citizen."

YAY!

I submitted my I 751 in Nov 2018, Got a notice of receipt, received Nov 29, 2018 with a notice date of Dec 13,2018. Up till now, my receipt number cannot be found on USCIS website yet. When I checked processing times for Texas, it showed they are still processing applications for April 2018. Anyone in my shoe??

My husband applied for ROC in December 2018, sent to the Nebraska Service Center and we just received notice that a schedule will be interviewed. While not ideal to have an interview, at least we know our case is moving forward and that we may be done before the year mark.
