They are CR-1’s Their process is different and therefor a bit faster then the rest of us. (Depending on how fast their local office is at providing interviews)

Your case says ready to be scheduled for an interview so what do you mean by you haven't heard anything.

You case is just in line for an interview. It's the same as all the other CR-1's

Status has changed almost 3 to 4 months ago.. and I meant in terms of interview when I compared to feb and March filers.. but that’s just a thought.. how lucky these filers are!!

Well if their local office has a less wait then yours that’s why. There is no difference otherwise at all. Some just live where the wait is less and others live where the wait is very very long.

Our case number still doesn’t work on the old USCIS site it says the case number isn’t found, on the new myuscis site with the secure login it does work and says that they’ve received our case. Any idea why the old site doesn’t recognize the number or will it work once card is in production?

we filed late Nov and checks cashed in December

Anyone else did their biometrics in may and it still is marked as "case received."

No updates since I submitted paperwork

I have seen cases that got approved 2 Weeks after bio appt, I've also seen cases that took 12 to 14 months after bio appt to get approved. It all depends on locations etc. It's going to happen when it's going to happen. ;)

What happened there is that there was a policy memorandum that changed the interview guidance.  A lot of them got sent directly to MSC which handled their cases very quickly.  I don't think I've seen any interview waivers from this group.

Yeah!! I don’t mind interview, at least I want to see the ball rolling. I was mentally prepared for longer wait but now seeing people applied after us getting their cards made me anxious..
