If they need bio you will get a letter for them also. The extension letter you may or may not get and it may not get there the same time as their moms. If it is their mom's extension letter you got then call on Monday and get the boys case number and a nice reminder that they forgot them.

OMG, the letter is the extension letter! Wow!! That was sooo fast!! They received our packet last Friday.

 

But yes, nothing for my two stepsons. So I'll probably be calling in on Monday and see what they say about that.

I will cancel my trip. I was going to go home to see my parents next month but I think I should wait a bit to figure out this receipt notice issue....things are so messy. I feel that there is nothing I can do now besides calling USCIS...

Hi have you received your biometrics ? I filed in Jan from NY and just got the biometrics. It seems Vermont EAC receipt numbers are taking a while

Yes, it's in Vermont, I have not received my extension, it's been more than a month since they received my package

I'm filing at VSC, I  sent my Application couple days before Christmas and I already received my extension letter mid January. I also did my Biometrics end of January. Before getting my Extension letter in the mail I received an online update from USCIS. did you receive an email or a case status online update stating that they received your file and sent you a notice by mail?

Hello, I filed my ROC to phx lockbox, they received it on 12/20/18. What is the difference between the lockbox and center? Will this process really take as long as 15 months? That seems like an insanely long time.

Yes I have an online update saying they sent the receipt on the 08Jan. But no physical NOA yet. I did get the biometrics already. Did you have to do the service request or did the notice come within the 30 days

The notice came within 7 days after receiving the email and before receiving the biometric appointment  and it was the first extension letter and later on I received another duplicate extension letter as well. When I filed I used a PO Box for my mailing address to avoid losing mails but that doesn’t mean yours definitely got lost maybe it wasn’t sent by misyake, I think you can make an online service request if you don’t receive it whithin 30 days from receiving that email, I don’t think that’s a big problem as long as you did your bios unless you are traveling. In worst cade they will send you a new one.

How much should i pay for the removal of the conditions on my green card. I understand that it is $595 and $85 for the biometrics, does it mean i have to fill out the form for the payment with my credit card info for the total or should 2 different forms?
