Are you planning to get your passport stamped? The only things I got from them is text messages and that’s it. I wish they make the job done as quick as they cash our money.

I understand that if you need to travel they do it, but they also do it when there is a week to expire the green card @lmladreno

So I was browsing previous months hows other i751 filers are doing! Found out CSC already started approving Jan 2018 i751 filers. I have never seen CSC approving i751 within in a year. It seems like process is speeding up.. I am in no hurry but just saying

I'm in MCS/NBC which no process Time line even 😥... I'm wondering why we driect it from AZ to national benfit center

Well! CSC and VSC were so severely backlogged that USCIS had to add other service center to distribute the workload among the other service center. It was in September of 2018 when USCIS introduced lock box facility so this way they can reduce the workload and make this process quicker.. What I can see its working now.. I am not saying approvals are going to be super quick but we might have to wait for a year instead of 1.5 year. finger crossed!

That's make sense, wish there is away to see processing time for NBC. Good luck year and half sounds good instead of 2years+

Hey guys, 

 

I mailed my I-751 petition in on 12/26/2018. USCIS signed for it on 12/27/2018. I received a text message with my receipt number which does not work on USCIS website. I have been waiting for I-797C receipt. I still haven't gotten it. My filing location is in WAS, which I think is California Service Center.

 

Is it normal? How long did it take you guys to receive your I-797C notice?

I’m in the same boat. Got receipt number by text messages but doesn’t work. Still haven’t gotten anything by mail

It's the same with me. my package was received on December 24, yesterday January 19 I got the letter of prints for February 1. I have not received the letter of warning and I have not received an extension letter

Exactly same thing happened with me mine is Texas service center. They didn’t update case online just sent me a text with case number on 31 dec  that case received in 24th. I called and made an online request on 7 Jan and 16 Jan.They sent me my notice printed with date 16 Jan (which I called them ).

No I didn’t receive biometrics. I think they didn’t do data entry in system when I requested non delivery they sent me the email that they will send copy. I called uscis that I didn’t receive anything to send a copy of it. After two days in mail I saw that they sent original one with print date as 16 jan(which means they printed it that day. Till then they didn’t dispatch my letter). What I see on this forum; only a few service centers are sending biometric appointment. Remaining are using the old once. I think that applies for Texas service center

How did you make the request?

To my knowledge they will send receipt notice first and then biometrics. Means they accepted case and now they want fingerprints. So you may want to check may be they just didn’t dispatch it like they did for me. My notice states that they will send biometrics appointment latter only if needed
