I did not put G-1145 in my package. I guess I should have done that. I called USCIS and they said they don't have case number generated yet. Can I get my passport stamped without having a case number?

So I called USCIS. Got my receipt number: WAC-19-900-xxxxx

They said it takes about 30 days to mail the Receipt Notice. They received my package on Dec 05 so I have to wait until Jan 05.

I can get my passport stamped in Sacramento. But I can not do it as online appointment. They will call me in next 1-3 days and only then I can make appointment to get passport stamped.

My petition was delivered on December 1 and the check was cashed a few days later, so far I am still waiting to hear something. If nothing comes in the mail today then I guess I will call. Trying not to worry.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Hey Everyone,

we submited I-751 on 12/22 and received text on 12/28 stating receipt number MSC19******* and status says that the fees were waived. Is this status normal? We didn’t apply for fee Waiver.

additionally, what is my service center for receipt number beginning with MSC?

thanks in advance.

Probably a glitch, should resolve in a few days.

Same here. Should probably change after a while. I think it's a glitch in there system after they receive an application or after they reroute an application to another service center to distribute the workload. MSC stands for Missouri Service Center. They will be in charge of your application from now on. Texas must be really backed up. To check the processing time for MSC follow this link

Well, it finally became our turn to file for ROC.  Sent the ROC package to Dallas TX PO Box via Priority Mail.  Was hoping it could possibly arrive at the lockbox facility the morning of December 31 but estimated arrival is by 8pm Dec. 31.  Oh well, now it's a waiting game.  We are likely one of the last few December filers.  Wishing everyone a great 2019 and that this process moves faster than 2018.

We have the exact same receipt date! I just called USCIS and they said I have to wait until Jan 5 as well. Has any one done a non-delivery request? How long does it take to receive the NOA after you submit the non-delivery request? My file is at the Vermont center.

I called and got my receipt number, albeit a number short 🤦🏻‍♀️ And our case is at Nebraska, 16.5 to 23.5 months processing time. Just waiting for an available appointment to get my passport stamped at our field office.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

Why does everyone want to get their passport stamped? If you want to travel you just need your expired greencard accompanied by your  I-797 NOA.

I don't think everyone wants to get their passport stamped.  But if we have an international trip scheduled and if it looks like the NOA does not come in time then it's loss of airline ticket and a ruined trip.
