Where to file

Just double checking if the file address on USCIS is still correct. Seen some topics where different addresses were mentioned. 

 

for FLORIDA 

 

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
P.O. BOX 660480
Dallas, TX 75266

 

For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
2501 S State Hwy 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

what does the address say on the bottom of the application? send it there.

 

(not sure about roc but i know the k1 application has the address written at the bottom)

It dosen't because it is different from state to state

i dont know why you asked, when the answer (that you already had) is literally in black and white on the USCIS site and cant be any more straight forward.

 

but perhaps the link will help someone else so i guess theres that.

 

but yeah you had the right address.... assuming you live in florida, anyways.

Basically, if you are going to send it with U.S. Postal Service (USPS) You will send it to the Dallas address.

If you are using any other 3 delivery method like FedEx, UPS, and DHL, you will send it to the Lewisville address.

 

As the link above does state FL resident does submit to the Texas address, either one above is fine.
