Not only that but just fast movement at the NVC in general. You've also moved at a good pace (case # in 4 days!). Did you call every day until you got it?

It took 17 days between my NOA2 (NOA2 date on paper Dec 27, Received by mail Dec 31, no notification, no site updates) until I was told case is at NVC but no case number yes this Monday, Jan 14. It then took 1, maybe 2 days (I skipped a day calling) to get case number. I called yesterday Jan 16 and was told case number was assigned on Jan 15, so basically next day after NVC got it. Delay seems to have been with USCIS actually sending case to NVC.

Hii everyone just a quick question/double checking. My fiance and I are just about ready to submit his 160, he will sign and submit it from his country. My question is, does he necessarily need to print out his submission page/scan code thing right THEN and there? Or can I go back and print it out and scan it back to him??! .. I only ask because at this time he is having difficulty accessing a printer to print that final page. Thank youu anyone!

Assuming he is using Windows 10 computer, you might be able  to take screenshot of his screen (Windows + Shift + S) and save it into an image that he can later print at his convenience.

You can always go back in and access it. I emailed and printed from Chrome and it didn't have the bar code so I had to go back in under explorer and email it again.

Hello @Greenbaum is this the packet 3 for Hong Kong? Thanks

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/hk/K1 Visa Instructions 15Mar2018.pdf

Yes that look like a new copy then the one that I have. Yours is 3/2018 and mine is 6/2017. So I'd go with yours.

Also, Spend sometime in the sub forums for China/HK found here. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/94-china/  There are many experts that can help you along. Most here in this forum are trying to get their arms around their own process and have very little knowledge for HK.

That is a very good work around. I would only add to save the screenshot to a thumb drive to print later and/or at another location if needed.

You can email it or can log in later & print it

Yes, you can log in later and print it. Here are the instructions (from the embassy in Japan no less) https://jp.usembassy.gov/visas/nonimmigrant-visas/ds160/retrieve-recover-form/

Thank you all sOo much for your speedy responses!

See above.

Also, can you please complete your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Can somebody help me please.
I did everything: create my profile, pay the date of the appointment (interview).
I made a mistake, I clicked on a new request and now my page sees it like that. It's like this old information gone. Please help
how can I get them back? 😭
