It is different. Some digging around on the VJ site, or an admin here, will give you this email: NVCResearch@state.gov

Others have scanned their approved noa2 notice, included their WAC#, petitioner and beneficiary full names and date of births in the email. Do not email it though until you pass 6 weeks of waiting.

I kinda wanna wait and see how it plays out; but what happens if you email them before 6 weeks pass?

They will tell you to email them back after you pass the 6 weeks from noa2. (I didn't email them yet, I just read that on here somewhere a while ago)

I thought they only shipped on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday/Wednesday of the month which would be the 22nd and 23rd. Did they change the process?

There are some cases that will ship separately from the rest and China is one of those consulates. Keep in mind it is not the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. It's every other week on T/W and yes next shipment is 22/23.

Congratulations! It seems you two have broken the pattern from NVC. I wish ours didn't have to wait until next week to ship out! 🙄

You may want to go back to a calendar and using your arithmetic you'll see that it does not follow the USCIS shipping dates of every other week. Here is a towel to wipe the tomato off :D

I just got off the phone with the NVC and my case number was assigned on the 10th of Jan :D.

Hi, we have almost the same date. my fiance called on 1/11 and they gave him the case number (but we are not sure when did they assigned the number, probably before 1/11?) anyway i assume they would send out ours on next batch of shipment which is 23/24. transitting 4-6days, embassy to process another 3-5days, i think we can get it around beginning of Feb!

The Croatian embassy (which there isn’t a lot of info on this site about) is super fast and responsive! They received our case on 1-11, medical is 1-18 and our interview is 1-23. Good luck to everyone waiting!

A lot of people got their case number on the 10th, potentially it was assigned on the 10th. I’m hoping it gets to the embassy early Feb! Crossing my fingers for both of us.
