You can if there are interview times available on the website. Many people have said that the website shows no interview times available.

The instructions are accurate but for the city/country. The instructions say the selection is for the "city" but the country should be selected. Now if you have experienced something else, I would welcome your input but many others have found this to work for them. :thumbs:

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA2: Nov 30th

That's mine NOA2 and it got December 14th. Send a message too. They sent me a message saying they got my file without even calling ....

Just called NVC. Picked up instantly. Internet call line breaking up the whole time. i think the officer lady said our case was received yesterday (2018-12-18), and the case number was assigned today(2018-12-19)? sounds too good to be true. fyi our NOA2 is 2018-11-28

Maybe call back tomorrow to confirm the information? If the line was breaking up, I would call back to make sure I heard everything correctly.

I don't think so... As long as you know it's going to the right embassy they send it out for you

Hi,

NOA 2: 12-Dec-2018

K1 process

 

Have few questions:

1) Is it mandatory to update email addresses of petitioner and beneficiary with NVC after the NOA 2? If yes, how do to do that?

 

2) Who receives the notification email and letter from NVC about the case number? Beneficiary or Petitioner?

 

3) Is there any official website link where you can track if your approved petition has reached NVC?
