Regarding I-134 income requirement

Since I got my 04-06 tax returns prepared by a CPA and I retained a copy of them. Are these eligible or I must get tax transcript from IRS?

Yes the copies from your CPA are usable, just make sure you signed them, and attach copies of any W2, and 1099.

In my case I attched both 1040/w2/1099 and IRS transcripts to the form, just a bit redundant.

Why would one need to get the tax transcripts and the 1040's? Aren't they basically the same thing??
