is there an immigration question?  Follow the divorce laws for your place of residence or consult a divorce attorney.

Each state will have different rules. Like for instance here in North Carolina where I live we have a rule that you have to be separated for at least a year  and only then you can apply for divorce.

When I got divorced I did not have to go to court or anything, I just signed the paper and sent it by mail and after about 3 months I got the final note of divorce from judge.

Just like NikLR said above, follow your state law that you lived in before you left US. Your case sounds a little more complicated I would suggest getting an attorney.

What should I do? Return or use online service?

Neither if you don't wish to return. Divorce in the country you currently live with an international divorce: https://divorceandyourmoney.com/blogs/international-divorce/

@NikLR said "Follow the divorce laws for your place of residence" as in the country where OP currently resides, not "follow your state law that you lived in before you left US."

Divorce where you are. keep it simple.

No need to obtain a US divorce. For some reason this myth prevails. Get a divorce according to your country's laws.

Not the state's law where OP lived before leaving the US.
