Hi just a quick question this is really true when u get here in states for k3 visa your Green card is 10 years ?How long the Green Card received after your interview ? Its really true when your Green Card is 10 year Its takes a month you got your GC after the interview ?

Well it can take 2 weeks to 2 years to get your Green Card after your interview. (This does not include DORA filers). It depends on how long it takes the FBI to check your name. So, some people it is taking about 2 months to get an interview or your case could be transferred to CSC (California Service Center) where you might not have an interview at all. You may clear name check quickly and get approval at your interview or at the CSC within 2 months of filing AOS or you could be waiting for 2 years for your name to clear. Once you're approved you will get the green card usually within a month. The Green Card validity depends on how long you've been married at the time of approval. If you've been married for 2 years or more you will get a 10 year green card... for less you get the conditional one (2 year). Good luck with the process.
