What visa did you apply for? Fiance or spousal? You would not be eligible for a 129 Fiance visa if married

I agree with everyone. I also applied for K3 but it was denied. But I didn’t submit i130 AND i129f (k3) at the same time. I applied i130 first and then waited for noa1, then together with noa1, I applied k3, but then again, it got denied.

Wait for the I-130 to process. Do you have a receipt number for the I-130? If not, was the I-130 check cashed?

you need to call and see if there is a receipt number. thats the first thing. from there, you can know if they received it at all and if they did, what the status is.

 

did you send it with tracking? How did you submit payment? Was it cashed?

 

When you resubmit, submit the correct form for your situation and send it with tracking so you know when it was received.

If the check was sent,  (and what they say is working on case) you just wait

our Nebraska case was there 10 months and then sent to Missouri for faster processing / it took another 5 months

so, sorry, but just wait

and your congressman can not help/ if u ask, they just inquiry and get answers u get

incha allha you will hear soon

but this is Nebraska and very slow to process

The way the above statement is worded about the K3 "being replaced by the CR-1" is not exactly accurate.  The K3 was created by the LIFE Act of 2000 during a time that it took years from filing an I-130 at USCIS for a spouse to receiving a decision on said I-130.  As processing times for standalone I-130 improved, USCIS and later the Department of State amended procedures that have now made the K3 virtually unobtainable; issuance of one is practically a rare occurrence.  However, unless the provision in the LIFE Act that created the K3 is ever repealed, it will be officially listed as a viable path even if it not viable in practice.

Just to clear up some confusion about the K3 category. Although it is obsolete, couples can technically still apply for it. They do so by filing the I-129 and I-130 simultaneously.

 

The problem is that K3's are rarely approved (less than 1% of marriage based visas were K3s last year). So what usually happens is the K3 is denied and the case is converted/moved to a CR1.

It's not "denied" or "converted" it is administratively closed and the I-130 that was filed continues as a standalone culminating in a CR-1 visa (or IR-1 as appropriate).
