Could use some support here, sent my wife's Cr1 petition and have a PD date of 4/27/18 from Texas service center. 

Was notified a NOID was coming. Never had interview or RFE sent in alot of proof of marriage. The only thing I didn't send was pictures and I used Rapid Visa. Any ideas would be appreciated.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

OMG.... That is devastating... I’m so sorry. Geez... Hmm.. I didn’t send any photos when I applied i130, and it was fine. I wonder what it is. It can’t just be the photos. 😥

Are you or your spouse divorced before if yes then did you included your or her divorce decree. Did you sent another documents such as call details chat details any other proof which prove ur bonafide marriage. Only marriage certificate and pics are not sufficient.

I was divorced before sent certified decree, no chat details. Did send marriage certificate

Did you met the residency requirements whereever you got the divorce .Did u took in nevada or your home state because i know they take as red flag for any divorces happened in nevada.

Rapid Visa just puts your papers in a nice order and sends it off while charging you a ridiculous amount. Have you ever been arrested? When was the last time you've seen your wife in person? What kind of "proofs" of marriage did you send in?

It definitely should be related to some missing information in forms ,with missing proof of marriage they dont send NOID instead they send RFE to request additional documents. It definitely have to do with some missing information in form and i am totally agree with you ,its better to fill by urself instead using these services such as rapidvisa.

Yes I'm doing this by myself this time.i don't want rapid visa involved. Complete waste....

I seen my wife 4 times in the past year just got back from a month stay in October. I even have a house where my wife is from where she lives at now.
