After reading this thread I now have a craving for mangoes lol. People buying the Indian Mangoes need to look out for the Alphonso variety.

I love mangoes I had one this morning. In Jamaica my hubby has a mango tree in his yard, I was there when it was bearing last year and I ate 2-3 mangoes a day, it was awesome. I peeled them and ate them with my hands with juice running all over the place. I showed those mangoes "no mercy". Can't wait to teach my kid to do the same.

Only downside is mango thread or whatever its called...must floss afterwards or it will drive you nuts :wacko:

Love them! My mom has a big mango tree in her backyard in PR and everytime I visit I can have so many juicy mangoes anytime.... Miss that! :(
