Sorry for going back to an old post but there are quite a few of 'unless already submitted' items on the green card checklist for green card interview.....one item is the I-864, I sent the I-864 in May 2019 as part of the AOS process, do I need to do a new I-864 and bring with me to my wife's green card interview or just a copy or none at all?

Just FYI: I-693 is completely unrelated so you are asking under a wrong (and old) thread

if your job situation and/or address information has changed then you need a new one. If not a copy would suffice. Don’t forget to take your latest tax returns too.

Thank you Naes, nothing has changed since I sent the I-864 in May of this year.

Hello! I have a question on the same subject.

I did my medical examination in France in March 2019, got married and applied for AOS in April 2019. I sent all the paperwork + DS 3025 and everything was fine.

I just received a date for my green card appointment in October 2020 so 1 year AND A HALF after applying for my AOS & my medical exam.

Do you know if I need to get form I693 completed or I dont need to as I filled up AOS within 1 year after my medical exam??

Thank you!!!

The instructions are pretty clear. As long as you filed within 1 year, and your vaccines were completed, your medical remains valid.

Ok I just wanted to be sure you know after waiting 1 year and a half for this interview, I can't forget something. Thank you!
