G325a for I-129F

Hi everyone,

My wife will be sending via courier all her signed information for her (and son's) Original I-130 submission to be filed next week, my question is whether or not she can also send a second signed copy of the G325a for our I-129F to be filed after the I-130 NOA1 is received. More specifically, will anything that cannot be anticipated, change on the G325F form that will be used for the I-129F? i.e. Will an "A" number be assigned etc?

I am thinking to have her print, sign, and mail two copies of G325a's to save on time and courier expense. ($40 and 3 days minimum) One set will have "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:" "I-130 Petition" and the other "I-129F Petition", she will sign them both the date she sends them via courier. Is there any problem with having a form signed prior to the NOA1 date?

Am I missing anything?

Since the idea is to avoid sending another courier package between the I-130 and I-129F filings, is there anything else that you can think of I would need her to send? She is already sending two passsport photo's, one for her I-130 and one for her I-129F. Let's hope the NOA1 takes less than a month. (So the photo will not be more than 30-days old) ;-)

Thanks in advance,

Puerco

p.s. I see no reference in the I-130 or I-129F instructions requesting a photo for the child, am I missing it? The only reference I see is for Husband/Wife. Unless told otherwise I will not send pictures of the child. (With his I-130 Petition)

Theoretically I can't see why there would be a problem with the date, but I can't be for sure.

The g325a should not change, just make sure she signs all 4 pages from each so 8 pages for you total. If you already have all the other documents in English (marriage certificate, etc.) then you should be set. If it were me though, I'd rather send more information then less, I'd send the picture of the child to. Better not to risk an RFE and waist more time, the wait is long enough and excrutiating enough as it is already. I'd just write I included the pic in the cover letter.

Also, the I-130 and I-129F forms both say you do not have to repeat any information on the G325a that was already included on the I-130/I129F. It is clearly stated but I can't help but want to send it in fully completed, the G325a just isn't that long to begin with and I already have it filled out. Although if there is one thing this forum beats into your head is DO NOT LEAVE ANY BLANK QUESTIONS although I realize this is clearly an exception.

Is there a down side to sending it in fully filled out, except the extra time taken to fill it out? I mean, it looks so neat and tidy all filled out. Ha!

Yeah, it is more for the processor to read but come on, it's not that much. (Correct me if I am wrong. ;-)
