Hi,

 

my brother is filling for his children. He got to part 5:other information part and was Ask iff he ever filed a petition for this beneficiary before he answered yes, then it asked for first and last name, place and date of filing. My question is for the name part is It suppose to be my brothers name or his kids name? Because the first petition was for his wife and kids (he was permanent resident whenhe filed for them) then he became us citizen this year and was told that the petition is now only for his wife and he has to file. New petition for each of his kids. Also, the first petition was under the spouse name and the kids were included in one application. Hope that makes sense

04-29-2013-sent I130

05-02-2013: NOA1 received

08-12-2013:sent i129f

08-19-2013: NOA1 received

12-5-2013: both I130 & I129f transferred to NSC

3-5-2014- both i130 $ i129f transferred to Detroit Local Office

4-9-2014-i129f approved

4-14-2014 NOA2 for i129f

4-14-2014: 130f approved

4-21-2015 NOA2 for i130
