Here's the latest.

 

I have logged on and it still say that is was denied on 12th October (nothing for January 7th) so i think I'm going to give up and start again.

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

 

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on January 7, 2019.

"On June 19, 2019, the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) returned your case, Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXX, to a USCIS office for review. We will notify you of our action within 60 days of the EOIR decision."

 

I see that status on my I-140 petition.

This was the latest message received after both visa and appeal were refused. I will be reapplying if returned but this seems to be something out of the blue.

I am a naturalized USA citizen since April (4 months ago) and today I received and email with the information that my removal of conditions case I 751 was return to the USCIS office from Executive Office for Immigration Review. Both cases were approved back in April and it shows on my N 400 online statues (tho the approval status on y I 751 was never updated) I got my Oath 3 weeks after that and immediately I applied for my minor daughter passport which she already got. To me seems just like a silly mistake.
