Interview times @ Madrid Consulate

I haven't been able to find a thread of how often the Consulate at Madrid hosts Fiance visa interviews so I wanted to know if anyone whose gone through the process or going through it now, how often do they conduct the interviews? I've seen some VJ members post (From other countries) that their interview appointments aren't until mid January.

My fiancé and I have just gotten our case from the NVC and will be sent out to the embassy in the next week, I wanted to get an idea of how long until he is able to come back. Also if anyone could let me know how long it took for a case to ship from NVC to Madrid that'd be great and how long it took to receive the P4 after sending the P3 back?

Any answer to any of my questions would be tremendous help. Thanks all!

Hi Grace,

We received notification from the NVC on October 16th and the documents arrived to the US Embassy in Madrid by October 23rd. AS we were waiting for the P3 and nothing was coming, another girl with similar timeline than me advised me to send an email to the Embassy, so I did and received the P3 by email on November.

Concerning the P4 I cannot give you and answer because I have just sent my P3 today, so in the waiting game!!!

hope this could be helpful to you!

Hello Grace, we just sent our Packet 3 in so I'm not sure about the interviews yet. I'm  also not sure what you mean by "how long until he is able to come back". I can tell you that my case left NVC on Oct. 17, 2018 and was received by Madrid Embassy on Oct. 23, 2018. So it took only 6 days. We waited about 3 weeks before we too had to email because of not getting Packet 3 instructions. We have been waiting on Packet 4 only 4 days. Hope this helps!
