Sounds like you live together in Warsaw, so say that.  Can you show passport stamps or boarding passes to show that you have been in Warsaw nine months?  Any receipts etc.

We've been traveling the last 10 months, but 6 of those 10 months are in Warsaw. For evidence of a bona fide marriage we put together a timeline of our concurrent passport stamps with photos of us.

Do you foresee any possible negative repercussions of me saying I live in Warsaw, when I don't have residency? Also, if I say that I'm living in Warsaw with her, would this mean that I should be filing from abroad? Or can I still send it within the US.

Thank you

I don't see a problem stating you live in Warsaw if that's where you live.  Send the petition from where you are when you have it ready.  Short visits are just visits, but it sounds like you've been "living" in Poland, like I "live" in the Philippines.  I don't have residency here but I don't have residency anywhere else either.  Even if I did, this is still where I live.  Eventually, you are going to have to deal with the affidavit of support issues, but for now, just tell them where you live now, and where you've lived the last five years.

Thanks for the quick replies.

Is it ok for me to paint the picture that I live with her in Poland, but send the petition from the US? Would I then file to Chicago lockbox because I'd be filing from outside the U.S.? Would this take longer than if I filed from the within the U.S.?

Should I now include receipts or bank statement showing my spending in the US under my evidence of a bona fide marriage?

You're going to file with Chicago Lockbox regardless.  No, it will not take longer.

You spending money in the US is not evidence of a bona fide marriage.  Receipts from Poland are evidence you are/were in Poland.  Being in Poland is evidence of time spent together in person with your spouse.  Evidence of time spent together in person is the strongest evidence your relationship is genuine or "bona fide".

I'm confused about the Chicago lockbox statement. My residency is in CA, which from my research means that I should send the I-130 to the Arizona lockbox.

Would screenshots of bank statements with many transactions in Poland suffice? And am I grouping this evidence with evidence of a bona fide marriage?

Thanks for your help

They don't care about postmarks or locations from which the package is sent.  If you are indicating your current physical address is in Poland, send it to Chicago.  Sure, bank statement are fine.

Just adding onto this, as it's very confusing and I'm looking for help ASAP.

Should we make my physical address in Warsaw or the U.S.? Should I state that we've lived together in Warsaw or that we've "never lived together"?

My Wife is adamant that I should use Warsaw as my physical address and to say that we live together. I'm concerned about this because I'm currently there as a tourist, not a resident.

Thank you

used Poland address as your last physical address and yes you guys have lived together before. even if it is three days.

Three days is not living together.  This is wrong.  That's a separate issue from THIS petitioner's current physical address, which actually IS in Poland.
