i am sorry, i forgot to mention. i have conditional green card

Okay, he can't do anything about that. Make sure you start saving paperwork for your ROC. You can file as soon as you are divorced or if your ROC date is before that.

thank you. i was worried. one quick question; we have a land and the mobile house that sits on it together. bank accounts and monthly statements, credit card, insurance, electric bill together. photos, i can get 2-3 peoples affidavits. we have a car together. (it doesn't work anymore but the title has both of our name. i have another car but it is financed, he didn't work so they couldn't put his name on the car title. and i have his ice cream van title on my name (because that day he forgot his id at home) but he has the business on his name. but i don't think i have paperwork for his business. he took it all i suppose. maybe i should not mention that at all.

and do you think i should mention about the domestic violence or should i just file for divorce waiver.

do you think this will be enough? maybe i should have start a new topic but i didn't wanna waste space.

Sounds like you are good for the Divorce Waiver.

I would just do the divorce waiver. You have evidence of living together as a couple including financing and so on so that seems to be the better route for you.

Just so you know this is MUCH the easier option, DV would be a last resort.

Not sure it is relevant but if it comes up I see no harm.

Looks like you have really enough . I'd advise to get Tax Transcripts from IRS. They show your filing status, which should be Married Filing Joint or Married Filing Separate, and the address you both lived at. You can go back as far as 4 years.

Good luck!
