Thanks, and Congrats to you as well, when did you find out?

Uhm, last last nite. My fiance called the NVC and they told him that they already have our petition. My fiance was asking me what does it mean and I told him we were approved. But to make sure of it, I called too and there, eureka! They really have it last May 15 and they gave us our MNL case number...

Well congrats, its about time, right?

Another February approval yes!. I just checked my mailbox and we are approved, now I can quit smoking and calm my nerves. Can't wait to tell my baby the awesome news. Here we come NVC! To those that haven't been approved yet, keep your head and lets pray and continue to support one another, hopefully yours would come soon. Its also weird that the USCIS site is not accurate because on the site, it still has my case pending and I haven't received any emails yet, I do have a account set to alert me of any changes. The phone system isn't accurate as well because it still says it pending also. For those that have not received an approval make sure your addresses is correct with the service centers, also make an appointment with your local immigration office to speak with a immigration officer so that you can get more details regarding your petition. If you need any witness or any sort, I'll be proud to testify ono your behalf regarding USCIS errorneous website!

Congratulations, Sharon & Austin, Anthony & Julie :dance: And speedy journey from now on, with God's help! I am so happy seeing that February filers are getting their approvals.

I can't help but notice that SOMETHING is REALLY WRONG with CSC in the last 2 weeks, cause it seems that everybody gets their approval, without any sign on uscis's site or e-mail from them!

As for the NOA2 hardcopy, we got it in the mail 2 weeks after they said they sent it... So hang in there, and keep praying, cause God is above all these humanly errors! :)

Nagishkaw, yours must be on its way, or already done, but doesn't appear yet on their site/e-mail, don't worry and look up, that's where from the help comes!

Congrats! I hear you about the smoking thing. When this whole process started, I started smoking again after not smoking for 20+ years! Crazy, I know but it is nerves. You know our visa was approved, but I never received a NOA2 by mail. What do I do? Ours was a unique situation because a waiver had been judged to be unnecessary and therefore we were approved, but I did not ever get a NOA2.
