The woman who interviewed me  told me that she had to send my response back to the United States,  So I don't know what is going on now

12th, I know it was stupid to buy it, but it was a bargain.

Now I have to reschedule it but I don't know what date to choose?

You should just put the ticket on hold because no one can advise you on how long Admistrative Processing will take.

I am surprised that got past the USCIS. It took me 3 monthe to get my criminal records. Normally you should have gotten a RFE. Seems to me you got lucky. Some of my records dated back 30 years but I still sent them. Just a guess of course  but I would not think it will be to long. (few months) I would not change your ticket yet.

What date to choose?  You haven’t even been approved yet. Why would you buy another ticket until you find out?  You don’t chose a date. You wait!

Does the 160 have a question about have you ever been a habitual drunkard still and would this fall under that if the DUI’s were all very close together?

You shouldn't have got past the USCIS stage without what the embassy requested hence they want to send it back to the US for them to do whatever they have to do on it, right now i will say it is a two way traffic. You are not approved and you are not denied... Yet!

RFE well that would be normal as you did not submit all the documentation, the being sent back to the US is something very different.

OP, did you answer yes or no to the arrest questions?  Were you honest in your petition?  They ask for ANY arrest, fine, convictions... How did you respond in the petition?

More along there lines if the petition was sent back to the US or if they are just doing an investigation (i.e. background checks and/or criminal records) in the US.

If the petition was sent back, it's dead.

That is why I was wondering how he answered the question.  Ours was sent back and refused for a 30 year old misdemeanor arrest that was dropped and later expunged.  I followed the advice of the agency helping with the petition and answered no.  Were were denied during AP because "the petitioner failed to disclose information in the petition".

This was a 30 year old misdemeanor battery arrest and the charges were dropped and the arrest was expunged.  No public records exist, even at the arresting department or the circuit court.

Hopefully the OP was honest with his answers.

I told them about my DUI during my interview.

The officer asked for evidence, which I send to the consulate today.

A sworn translation of my court record

I just realized that you are the beneficiary.  Duh...  Did you put your convictions in the DS-160?  I was a petitioner who failed to put an arrest in the petition.  Different sides of the same coin for us.

Yes I am the beneficiary,  I said that I was convicted in my DS-160  for a DUI in the past, but I didn't bring court papers.

I send them to the consulate today
