Hi I am so confused please help me i am in nvc stage I  hire lawyer to do that all paperwork but she did all wrong and now she is in vacation till next week  I already paid 1000$ for her fees should I wait for her till next week or go to another lawyer he is charging 100$ for that please pllllllllllles help me

they sent mine on 17th Oct. Case was received 25 Oct. No Case number as of yet.

NOA2: 10th Sept

NVC Received: 27th Sept

Case No: 24th Oct

Paid: 25th Oct

DS260 Sent: 5th Nov

Civil&FinancialDocs Sent: 14th Nov

 

Were now waiting on our Case Complete - if no issues, should be by 28th Nov. Then hopefully interview allocated Dec, maybe January at London Embassy.

It depends  on how fast you want it and how  financially buoyant you are

Hello guys, just wondering how long it ìs supposed to take for status to change  to accepted from  submitted  in the NVC site.

I first submission nov 1st they accepted everything on nov 9th. they rejected the passport page because it was uploaded vertically. I uploaded again on NOv 9th but no response till now

so don't know how it works.... last time it took 9 days

I did 2 its was rejected on nov 9. again uploaded number 1 style in nov 9.

 

now waiting for their review till this way.
