Please,  I have this issue too.  My marriage certificate  has been rejected for the fifth time now  since September. Plz how did you upload urz,  is it the same position  with the one I attached?, please somebody help am getting frustrated already

Cam scanner is agood app to make your documents on it and upload it

What is the exact message they are sending you about the marriage certificate?  Hopefully, we can help!

They sent you this message after you uploaded the new correct form?

 

I only ask because once you upload the corrected form it can take 1-3 weeks for them to review the new submission.

That is what they have sending to me each time they reject the document,  I have been on this for the past two months now,  I recieved the recent message from them yesterday,  I don't even know what to do again,i have placed the documents in different positions.

What is your country?  Maybe we can find others with the same country origin as you and ask them how they uploaded their certificates.

Nigeria,  I don't know how to go about it ? Please how do I find other people to ask them. Is your visa category a CR1 too ?

Yes, that is my category - CR1 

However, our marriage contract and certificate does not look like that.

Please help,  for the past two months  NVC has being rejecting my marriage certificate,  saying it is not in the right side up,  I have rotated it in different  positions and I keep getting the same message, please does anybody have an idea on what I can do ,how I can place it or has anybody experienced this as well. I don't know what to do again as I have rotated the document in different  positions  but I keep getting "This document is not in the right side up position .please replace  with a scan which displays the words horizontally on the screen"

Like I messaged you earlier in this thread.  Besides hopefully someone here being able to help you.  The BEST thing you can do is call NVC on Monday and ask them exactly what the need.  They will help you and explain how they want the document scanned in. And if they can’t, they will forward your case to a supervisor. 

 

Hopefully, someone else here can help.  But, please call NVC.  

 

I also sent you links to contact people from the country of origin of your marriage certificate to ask them exactly how they scanned in their documents.
