Anyways have not seen anyone getting interview dates in the first half of December I feel that slot is still vacant and we will get interviews in that time only.

And this time it doesn't seem like "vacated slots because of cancellations" filling,  because those numbers are very less. So many people have got interview dates last few days which is not usual. 

 

In the excel spreadsheet on this forum, two applicants with CC date on October 4 have been scheduled interviews in late December (12/27) at Mumbai consulate. First, I have an earlier CC date (9/27) and am yet to hear from NVC, so obviously NVC doesn't process cases by just the CC date. Second, if they are already filling slots for last few days of December, I am not sure if the first two weeks of December slots at Mumbai are even open. Lastly, I called NVC today and I was told that the December slots for Mumbai are still being filled as we speak. I don't know what to make out of all this.

Husband and MIL had a meeting with a Congressional Caseworker today. So hopefully they will be able to help with getting the information from Auckland consulate and if they actually did send the police clearance by normal post, then maybe they can convince to send it by e-mail.

Mine is employment based  case E1. My husband got GC in EB1

Not sure if this belongs here as our case has been expedited, but does anyone know how to file I-864 for a joint sponsor? We’re skipping the entire NVC process and our case is transferred to the embassy. All the documents are uploaded electronically, but I can’t find any information on a joint sponsor?? Do I simply bring the joint sponsor’s I-864 and supporting documents to the interview?

I just brought joint sponsor's paperwork to the interview. We got the info we needed while still at NVC phase but got CC and case moved to interview without needing it to upload to CEAC.
