Yeah.... This process is not easy for anyone... Almost there though!!! Hang tight!! ๐Ÿค—

I currently have the day before and the day of his interview off, since I know I will be looking at my phone non stop and trying to make sure my husband is prepared as much as he could be for his interview... we are still putting together chat logs, But everything gets printed for evidence of relationship a few days before the interview..... But he has all originals to the hotel reservations while the company he works for paid for the rooms, with meย as 2nd guest, before and after wedding. bank account verification letters, credit card info with membership to Costco, receipts of spending on gifts using said cards, call logs from whatsapp and skype(use it for gaming with each other) I wish I could add more but luckily we are considered newly married and won't have much paper trail evidence

I-130 CR1 Timelineย  Visa has been issued!!!!!! = ^.^= YAY!

Hmm... During my hubbyโ€™s interview they didnโ€™t ask for any evidence of relationship. He was only asked for his original civil documents and physical exam result. He did have few (photos and letters we exchanged with each other) evidence Incase they ask for it. So he didnโ€™t end up showing his evidence. Everything was okay aside from requesting for another sponsor. Thatโ€™s why our case is on AP status.ย

ย

I couldnโ€™t sleep on the morning of his interview. Chile is 7 hours ahead of Hawaii time. I was up all night filling my liver with wine until I heard anything from him. I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever been so nervous in my LIFE!!! I donโ€™t wish this on anyone, really. I tell all my friends to find their lover in the states!!! LOL!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Ever since I started this process, I became a borderline alcoholic. ๐Ÿท๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿท๐Ÿธ๐Ÿบ And Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s been stressful for my hubby (the beneficiary) but itโ€™s been more stressful for me for the fact that I had to prepare everything. I had to apply I130 and I129f (k3 which eventually got denied), i864, DS 260 (I helped him compete it), gathering evidence, etc. Its been a loooooooooong journey for sure. I donโ€™t think my liver can handle anymore liquor... Please visa fairy, bless us all!!! ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I pray we all get good news this week.ย

I did everything as well. All i asked help was for him to get his civil documents from other countries (i found a lawyer that could help us since the usa sees where he was born and his 1st divorce was at is Ukraine but russia took over it and they claimed that area...... And most documents are sealed with russia and not Ukraine, aka big mess.) and Russia, transulations and help with chat logs...ย  I messed up our ds 260 where to send his grwen card too. So i wrote a letter to the officer and submitted my valid drivers license to show proof of my current address and asking them to fix my error.

ย

Im a data entry specialist.... And i have to pay attention to detail... Ugh so embarrassed. Close to none of my work comes back with spelling or typo issues, but i sure spotted a lot with my coworkers. I'm currently being trained to take over quality control at work, since the lady that does it is retiring in a month.ย

@CM&KVย I hear you. Iโ€™m a teacher and I made some errors myself! So embarrassed. I received TWO REFโ€™s!!! Thank god that all worked out well. Phew~!!! It was a lot of pressure on my end to complete everything. Sometimes, I would let out frustrations on him saying stupid things like,ย You donโ€™t understand!โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคช Good thing he has the patience... Really, Iโ€™m an ANTI-INTERNATIONAL marriage now. I tell my friends, if you can, find someone in Hawaii. If you canโ€™t, find someone in mainland. If you MUST go out of your way, find someone in Canada! That way, atย least youโ€™ll be in same CONTINENT! I donโ€™t recommend this anxiety and painย on anyone. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™

Hmmm you have a very good point sis, honestly I'm so tired of all the paperwork. NVC really dealt with us, kept sending back our documents and asking us to resubmit. We finally got CC on November 2nd and we're also waiting for Lagos Embassyย

ย

I'll discuss with hubs and see if we can pray for guidance. Lord have mercy, this whole immigration experience is beyond exhausting. I prefer for someone to give me a hot slap everyday for 1 month than to go through this again ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Haha! Hot slap? Very funny!ย I am a specialist in giving it ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ˜€. Again, I understand. Honestly, I do. I have been a very quiet personย on this platform of late because we all (Lagos embassy) have not had so many exciting news since we have been waiting for our interview dates.ย ย In fact, this month seems very dull. Let's remain optimisticย knowing fully that there is nothing with a beginning without an end. Just as we have been praying, I pray for an exciting ending for EVERYONE of us! LET'S REMAIN STRONG PLEASE!๐Ÿ’ชโœŒ๏ธ

Just received Case Complete today! Really hoping we're going to be scheduled for interview (London Embassy) in December. Any thoughts on the likelihood of that? :)

I'm hoping for that too (my case complete was Nov 21st)...it would be a nice Christmas present, wouldn't it?

It sure would! Especially as I've not seen my husband since our wedding day last December - I'm not looking forward to our first wedding anniversary being apart :(
