Your receipt should contain your service center on it I live in California and  my service center is in Texas so maybe it depends on where in California are

If I mailed out the application to Phoenix Lockbox, where is my Service Center then? I live in California.

I am looking at my NOA receipt will it state there which Service Center my application is?

Thanks.

November filer as well. So far no updates

If your receipt number start with SRC then your service center is Taxes.

Thank You.

Quick question related to i-864EZ. What additional documentation are you guys uploading to the CEAC website for consular processing. I am uploading the I-864EZ plus the last 3 year tax return transcript as well as 2 paystubs (1 month salary) as proof of employment. Do I need to included anything additional like proof of US citizenship (naturalization certificate) and my original birth certificate even though these were part of the I-130 application

Any thing else like the W2's even though I am including last three years to tax return transcripts

Thx

Hi,

We’re on the same boat but it is my widowed dad I’m petitioning who’s never been here in the US. I believe there are documents needed if you’re petitioning a mother or a father. I didn’t send the original ones just the copies of each and I didn’t send out passport photos coz I think that is for spouse visa or maybe later at nvc stage. Attached are the things I submitted. I just added my driver’s license too on top of a copy of my US visa but it is optional.

- Personal check $535

- G-1145

- I-130 competed and signed

- Copy of Naturalization cert. (petitioner)

- Copy of Birth cert. (petitioner)

- Copy of US unexpired passport, biographical page (p)

- Copy of driver’s license (p) - optional

- Copy of Marriage cert. (p) - showing my name change

- Copy of Birth cert. ( beneficiary )

- Copy of Marriage cert. ( b)

- Copy of Spouse death cert. (b)

Wish us November 2018 filers the best!

Hello!!! I am going to send the petition for mom and dad; do I need to sign an affidavit I-864? Or only form I am sending in I-130 for each one , and two more questions:

do do I write a separate checks one for mom and one for dad ? Or one check with the total fee $1070.00

can i I send both applications in the same envelope?

Thank you in advance :)
