Use a trackable method and pay attention to the address as FedEx (Physical) and USPS (PO Box) have different addresses. You can check on USCIS website or google where to mail i-130 to get the exact on

Congratulations! Same here, we received the letter today from my dad and my petition for him has been approved as well.

Congratulations! You will receive a letter that your petition has been approved as well as our beneficiaries (parents). We’ll wait for the instructions of NVC regarding the next steps such as online account CEAC , uploading financial docs on our part as petitioner etc.. 

 

We’re still waiting for the physical letter that will be sent over to my dad in the Phils. as a letter for the beneficiary (USCIS already sent our letter here in the US though as petitioner).

If I mailed out the application to Phoenix Lockbox, where is my Service Center then? I live in California.

 

I am looking at my NOA receipt will it state there which Service Center my application is?

 Your receipt should contain your service center on it I live in California and  my service center is in Texas so maybe it depends on where in California are at
