Hello, I am a first time user, long time lurker/reader of this forum.  My case is a little different from most of you but I'm just trying to see what the possible wait time is for the reviewing of documents. My first interview was in Dec 2016. I was denied as I needed to apply for an I 601 waiver. We sent that in to USCIS and that wait was a long 18.5 months (due to very long backlog) to get an approval. July 2018 we got our approval which was then sent back to Montreal Consulate. We finally got our instructions Oct 2 2018 to send in updated police report, updated Ds-260 , new passport photos(I still have my passport) and a new medical as they had expired since it has been greater than a year since the last interview. They received it in their office Oct 9 2018. Any idea how long it is taking for them to review these documents before assigning a new interview date?? Thanks!
